Has something significant changed in the clubs structure?
Hughton seems to be referred to as the Manager. So is a manager or a players leader?

Forest as you say now have what is called a manager.
It does not matter which term is used because at the end of day that person is the players leader.
It is all about each persons preferred way of calling that person.

Not being picky Ff, but i don’t reckon Keano would be too happy being referred to as British! O’Neill yes as he’s Northern Irish but Keane is from the Republic my friend.

2star in an interview he said he is manager in name but does not expect anymore control than that of head coach. What he did say of note was that no players will be signed unless he rubber stamps it. Thst is a positive stance.
