This is not a premier league plan, It is a cynical ploy by the top 6 to grab more power and money in the long run, that they using the virus and as an excuse for there power grab makes me sick. They are trying to butter up the clubs with a few quid over the next few years and the EFL chairman is falling over himself to get hold of the cash. There are some things in the plan that might be good, but if the top 6 don’t get what they want, it won’t be happening.
Made me laugh that there’s 3 other teams with voting rights but it only needs 6 to pass. They hoping that the EFL clubs are that desperate that they will go for this. I hope not for football’s sake, but football to me is not a sport anymore the idea of a even and fair playing ground for all teams has disappeared, football is about money now pure and simple. I for one never going watch a top 6 club again, I just hope forest see sense and tell them where to go.

The big six already run it and have for a while.
Let them go their own way with all the rest in their own country to form their super league of Europe
Just ban them from ever entering anything other.
Let them play each other four times a year who cares.
They've ruined our domestic cup competitions already, so let them go packing to their little closed shop and when fans get bored don't come crawling back.
They can do one for me and i won't muss them.
Football in this country better off without them.

Agree toralky with you and the shame is that when some small clubs start going to the wall it will be pointless for them to ask for government help as they will pont out the millions in wages being paid out.
