In Villa's last cup match Lansbury played and on twitter there were tons of Villa fans going mad saying he is rubbish, he doesn't even look like a football player and they must take him off!
With that, and this was only a couple of weeks ago, I wouldn't want him back.
Yes, he was a player once but surely we can do better.

The expectations on him would be to high, everyone would expect him to come back and become the player he was. This won’t happen not playing competitively for 3 years he won’t be the same player, need younger hungrier players with something to prove.

I agree we should be, but we aren't knochaert isn't the player he was at fester?
My problem is we never replaced lansbury every side to be successful needs a goalscoring midfielder and deadball specialist.
