No I mean for Hughton our Manager (a role formerly know as the players leader ) . Just thinking it keeps things in step with our new arrangements whilst enabling its use through this next era, I’m sure the next one will be another players leader if having a manager doesn’t work? I’m just trying to keep alive what everyone has clearly taken to and embraced .

The players leader is the captain running procedures on the pitch, the manager /coach is the strategist telling the captain what to do, players leader is nearly as bad as, putting a full shift in, instead of 90 minutes, this is a football forum Get Forward not a meeting of Yuppies in a Yates wine bar, so as two star 🌟 🌟said give it a rest 😀

I believe that this manager communicated with the players, talks through the reasons of mistakes, privately. S L talked pitchside blaming players for bad play, lost his side when results started to slip away. Things will improve, hope that it's enough .
