Morning all, what I find really interesting about the current situation at Forest is that I would bet that if we were all asked to select a team for this Saturdays game none of us would pick the same side or even name our best formation.
What I would like to see for a change is us start the game on the front foot and try and put the opposition under pressure instead of them being allowed to play as if they are the home team.
But I fancy I live more in than expectation
I would go 4-4-2 with Grabban and Taylor upfront as for the rest I would put all the names in a hat and draw them out bit like playing bingo 😂.

Forest 12 if I were asked to pick a team I’d probably miss out a couple of players I’d forgot we even had, we signed that many, I couldn’t name the squad for a million quid,

That’d be my math day squad
4-3-3 formation when attacking allowing Arter and freeman to be involved around the 18yard box. Full backs can get forward. Colback can sit in with the 2 cb’s to prevent the counter attack.
Then 4-5-1 when defending.
That would comfortably work. It’s simple to understand and attacking as well as defensively sound.
But SL will stick to his negative way of playing.

should be a back three CB with wing backs something like a 5-3-1-1 formation that can turn into a 532 with wing backs pushing on!
