Dont know if I'm right or not but my opinion of what's going off at our club at the moment is, the owner saw what happened at the end of last season and has told SL to out most of last season's squad and he is backing SL with a complete new team, weather it's just the Greek being stupid or he has a reason for doing it, who nows . what's worrying me though is are we replacing the old squad for better squad, I know its early days yet but I'm not sure we are, is Taylor better than grabs, Blackett better than ribero, sho better than worrell, colback any better than Watson, Christy nowhere near as good as cash and so on, I'm all for change so long as its for the better, i'm afraid I can't see that that's what's happening .
think the owner got upset about the last season's end and decided to change it. If this is the case I don't think he dare sack SL just yet . I'll personally will give him two or three weeks to see if he can get the new lads to jell if he can't he must go. One other thought, would any of you have made seven changers to a team, let alone a so called professional manager last night, some players only being there a couple of days, I certainly wouldn't unless I was told to?

DT as reports on an earlier banter thread - we are getting Takis Lemonis as our next manager. Managed Olympiakos of course 4 or 5 x. The fact he is the next manager is on his Wikipedia Web site . I thought some one had made it up but No! More of the foreign legion and more grief I predict .

Don’t think Taylor was brought into to replace grabs. Colback is better than Watson but the managers tactics are no good. No pattern of play and all our attacks are isolated. We can’t hold possession either.

Colback is better than Watson, it’s just that the whole team is a shambles, the ‘ coach’ is a joke and should have gone after the stoke game, his boring tactics were bad enough when we were top 6, if he had any self respect he would walk,

Watson a couple of years ago I’d agree now Colback is better. Play him in the same way Karanka did and he is a useful link up man and covering defenders. Tactics all wrong.

Everyone can see it’s the tactics, why can’t the owner? He’s a football man, regularly at games, he must see this?

It has been already said two star, the Greek owner is too use to watching non English football so he thinks it is the only way to play without having no end of money like Real, and Barcelona.
You are right the tactics are killing the team chances, other teams have worked out how to master the tactics.

How you lads think colback is any better than Watson I’ll never know, your basing your opinion on when he was her last time surely, he’s done nothing at all this time but neither have others. Not having played for over a year won’t help him, my opinion is neither are or we’re good enough anyway, maybe Cafu will be better 🥴🥴.
