I saw him outside IKEA with two other guys lifting six boxes into his car while he held the boot open.

He has since been to a builder and asked him to rebuild his house, he told him i want you knock it down and build a new house.
The builder said what do you want it to look like, he showed the builder a blue print of the new house.
The builder said it looks the same as this one, yes he told the builder but it will have eighty percent new bricks, and twenty per cent from this one.
