Forget the comings and goings of players their lack of motivation, poor tactics etc . The bottom line in any job are your results. Football is meant to be an entertainment however in reality it is a business. Success of the Football business is measured One way by results. A negative result this Saturday I think SL as the manager / coach responsible for getting results will be sacked or be in the last chance saloon . I don't want another managerial casualty but I see no choice. Like the ridiculous wages players are on but don't play, Bong Benaloune etc. Why oh Why was SL given a 2 yr contract before he had proven his worth? However looking at the money going down the drain ( mainly our monies ) on players that don't play, paying a manager who can't manage is really in keeping with this clubs overall poor management that has a lot on this site in despair.

As much as i do not like his tactics you can not blame him for how much the players get paid, or length of contract. That is down to the idiots whose job it is to negotiate with players and their agents.
