Im not for a minute defending SL. If Grabban scored a few goals that he missed we would have been in the plaoffs and may have even won it. Same story on saturday.

totally agree he was probably the sole main reason we didn't get in the play offs, his form was poor in the last 6 matches last season but we didn't have a replacement but now we do, time for a change give lyle taylor the chance proven goal scorer at this level in a poor Charlton side and please not Colback and Yates one or the other, they both lack pace and have no idea how to pass the ball forward.

He was also the main reason we had a chance to get in the playoffs with 6 games to go 🤷ðŸ»â€â™‚ï¸ Totally relied on his goals and not getting injured. I’m pretty convinced Mighten and walker playing more minutes towards the end of the season would have got us over the line. Who made these decisions? It Must have been SL Otherwise what is he paid for?

Grabban scored over 20 goals last season and apparently he's still not good enough, good grief.
Can anyone remember the last time one of our players scored more than 20 goals, I am struggling to think. Earnshaw or DJ?

I agree Stevie that his goals got us to the position to make the play off's but his form and glaring misses also cost us towards the end of the season, he looks like a player absent of confidence and IMO needs to be dropped or maybe be played as a deeper forward with Taylor up top, but SL need's to change the predictable way we play.

Ginger kid, Although he scored 20 goals last season if you read the stats he has only scored 1 goal in his last 9 matches and that was a penalty, he has been poor and I've nothing against him but how long do we give him, time for a change IMO.

If Forest had got another option in at the beginning of last season, grabbon could have been rested a little during the season, so would have been fitter at the end. But at the end of the day the virus break didn’t help.
