My assessment of NF squad from Saturdays game after calming down over the weekend.
Owner. Not interested in Forest
Throwing good money after bad
D O F needs to B O G off. Useless.
Coach, not attacking bone in his body
Has to go.
Samba flattered to deceive at first
But still good enough for the championship
Gabriel not got the experience as yet
For this league
Figs. Not good enough subs bench
Worrel. With better players around him
Would probably be ok.
Blackett. Not seen enough of him but suspect won't be good enough. Sub bench
Yeates just not good enough
Colback no attacking instinct, hardly played in a year
Lolley no consistency probably do to injury
Freeman could be ok but no great pace
Da Costa . Being polite not good enough
Grabban again no great pace scores some misses a lot gets no service or support
Taylor may have a bit more pace than grabs but same thing applies
Ameobi World beater one day
Compete novice the next sub bench
Mighten great prospect keep bringing him from the bench for now.
As you see I don't really rate a lot of this setup at the moment but I am a true red and will carry on supporting even this lot

We got 7th last season. At one point we were going for top 2 we can’t be far off a good team.

Colback not supposed to have attacking instinct, he’s there to break up opponents play and pass it to someone who has, the clues in his positional title, defensive midfielder,

Thats what’s going wrong then instead of moving the ball quickly we have to take the extra pass thers the problem, slows the game down.

The only way you get more forward passes out of the forest squad at the minute would be to stick samba in the opposite goal.

Dreamteam yes he can, but it’s not colback main job to create, the problem for me is this obsession with playing 2 dm’s, that’s where lamouchis over defensive mentality does us no favours.

I didn’t say create things stevie, I said attacking instinct, ie looking to play the ball forward.
