As a matter of interest are all the Head Coaches backroom staff on contracts or not, and if on contracts the length of the contracts. In any case they must be costing a fortune.

I doubt they are doing it for the love of it, the cost is up to the owner, i think their cost will not count towards ffp.

Coaches wages least of our worries when we have Clough, Hef, bong, adomah and benaloony. They’re just a few that come to mind.

If they put all the assistants in the team photo, what with the size of our squad you would have to use the lower tier of the trent end to get them all in and then you would have to take the picture from the centre circle🤣🤣.

If you looked for the players leader ability to learn from his mistakes you would need to get a ten times magnifying glass to see it on a blade of grass. 😁.

Get Forward and what are you basing that comment on?
2 official friendly games and 1 unofficial friendly.
2 of our signings that will be first teamers only signed in last 2 weeks. The teams picked for the matches were geared to getting the players a run out and no where near the match team for QPR
So how do you know the manager hasn't learned anything?

Last term, the players leader took it for granted that he could change five players that played in a Championship game for a cup game and get away with it, it did not work. He then later in the term changed four players that had been playing against top half teams against a bottom third team, and come unstuck. He played three, five, two against a team and failed, later in the term he tried it again and failed. The term nearing it's end he changed a number of players from previous games, and format for the Barnsley game and failed, only just, but failed. When he must have seen how training was not working on player changes and format changes he stuck with it in the games and come unstuck too many times.

so your basing your theory on 4 or 5 games out of nearly 50 games.
re Barnsley match, the usual format/ players had failed to gain a point for several games so why wouldn't you try something else?
Anyway that was last season.
This season we have new player options, give the manager a chance pal.

The point is each time something failed badly he did not learn and did it again, and again badly failed. Off course this term is a different term with new players, i can not judge on what has not yet happened. I hoped he has learned for the sake of Forest, we all know what happens if not.
