Foden and Greenwood, brains in their pants.
Should be banned for life .
Idiots.

Agree4 Disagree0

I agree. Certainly a minimum of 2 yr international ban and a club suspension without pay enforced by the FA and premier league. This is part of the reason i am losing interest in football and i never watch England any more.

We've all done stupid things in our youth, however they knew the rules, especially in theses times. no sympathy whatsoever for them. seems to be what the "Modern Footballers" all about these days.

Their is a video circulating on youtube of one of the girls talking on open mic about getting in to the hotel. Could be fake but it looks genuine. Am sick of hearing the prepared statement prepared for them by the hirearchy. " we made an error of judgement abd sorry for any hurt to the team families etc " these thick youngsters could hardly string a sentence together let alone speak like that. Truth is they just don't care. And southgate, who is responsible, should be making statements like, whilst i am the England manager these 2 will not pull on the shirt again and that whilst representing your country you act like an adult. I'll bet their is more to this story too. can't wait for the videos!

08 Sep 2020 08:52:58
lol, talk about heavy handed, why not hang 'em high, that'll learn them eh:) .

They have been stupid, but really?

08 Sep 2020 08:54:25
Rutland members of the general public are flouting regulatons every day, how many people do you see in shops without masks, how many of your neighbours did you see having barbecues in their gardens with more people than should be there during lockdown,? These the virus restrictions are wearing thin with everyone, they’ve done wrong send them home and ban them for a few games, but talk of life bans is a bit much,

08 Sep 2020 09:19:32
Life ban is ridiculous but they should certainly be given the cold shoulder for a few months. Just don't call them up for a while, teach them a lesson. They're still kids, lessons is what they need.

08 Sep 2020 09:42:26
Stevie so fornicating drinking and flouting the managers instructions during serious trying times is a slap on the wrists My neighbours and fellow shoppers have all abided by the rules and are not representing their country and earning millions of pounds from their clubs. I did not say life ban but certainly not allowed near the camp whilst same manager in place. Its called acting responsibly and not like a petulsnt spoilt child.
As for ginger all you care about is winning. How it is acheived does not matter to you hence aways attacking my posts like you are a becon of indestructable light. that's why you applauded the sacking of oneil and stand by this clusterf#ck of an organisation.
And finally, these lads are in their infancy of international duty and should be desperate to impress, the management, their, teamates and themselves. They have not earned the right to be disrespectful at this stage. 10 years down the line with half a successful career behind them maybe. Like i say good characters are what make a good team. These lads have shown arrogance and disdain, when everyone expects the fans who pay to see them abroad, behave accordingly, with total life bans for misbehaviour. Why any different for millionaires.?

08 Sep 2020 10:11:16
Rutland you must live in a much more law abiding place than me mate, I see numerous infringements every day, sure these lads did wrong, and punish them accordingly, but the football equivalent of ‘ sharpening the guillatine ‘ is a major over reaction, the last line of your post is interesting, it smacks of an holier than thou attitude based on envy, because they have money somehow their offence is worse? when fans get life bans , it’s usually because they have been involved in violent disturbances of some kind, not trying to sneak a couple of women into a hotel,

08 Sep 2020 11:01:01
Rutland I think you might need to chill mate.

They are young, dumb and horny. We’ve all been there and done some stupid stuff to try to impress and get in with the object of our affections. You just have to give them a punishment, enforce the two weeks self isolation on to them and educate them again.

08 Sep 2020 11:09:13
You tell em Rutland . Cloughy would have sorted it no probs 👍🎈.

08 Sep 2020 11:11:14
Trying to "sneak in" hookers to a hotel isn't just stupid its unbelievable that they are so thick and woth no thought for anyone else including their team mates.
They are representing their country in these difficult times and would have been made fully aware of that by Southgate.
They aren't fit to wear the shirt for that reason.

08 Sep 2020 11:19:45
OMRIFTT.
"Educate them again" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Thats some task.

08 Sep 2020 11:35:14
Spot on 79 and balloons. Its this attitude of they will learn from it and i am over reacting. the virus has killed half a million of the vunerable people in our soiety. So that alone is thoughtless.
Stevie don't get your point. Whether you are rich or poor the rules apply. If these were politicians repesenting the uk in tHe EU hiring hookers on the lash we woud be baying for blood.

{Ed001's Note - I don't disagree with you at all but I just wondered at what point do we say that the England set-up has to take some of the blame? These are young kids making their debut and someone should have thought that they might be a little overamped and to make sure they weren't just left to their own devices. It seems to me that Gareth Southgate is once again getting away with being a clueless gimp because the media has a soft spot for him. He is the manager and responsible for making sure his charges behave, just like a manager would in business if he took his team away on a training weekend or similar. If his team then misbehaved, he would get it in the neck too, especially if they were youngsters new to the team. Questions must surely be asked as to how they were able to sneak two women into their room in the middle of a lockdown situation without anyone of the England staff noticing.}

08 Sep 2020 12:01:47
Ed i said as much when i quoted it was southgates responsibility. And i agree with the gimp quote😉😉😂😂😂.

{Ed001's Note - sorry mate, I apologise, I hadn't read the full thread. It does very much seem that these kids are being thrown to the press to have a go at, when the manager should be coming out and apologising himself. In a normal situation, I can understand how players can sneak in women to a busy hotel. This is not a normal situation, you have to wonder how the waistcoated one is once again emerging as blameless! Perhaps his waistcoat is made of teflon??

Thanks on the agreement, gimp sums him up. He is there because he is a yes man. It didn't matter that he has no idea about tactics or that his knowledge of the game is akin to a man who has never seen a football match before.}

08 Sep 2020 12:03:28
I get what your saying edd but for these two should have been over the moon to have made their debuts and be looking forward to the new season.
Plenty of time for women when they get home and are in their own homes.
Now they face the wrath of their clubs aswell.
Im sure they would have had it drilled into them the importance of behaving they and their actions harm the game in general and tar their fellow professionals as all being the same.

{Ed001's Note - and I fully agree, I am not saying they should not be punished. If you don't get any consequences for your wrongdoings, then how do you learn to do the right thing in future? What I am saying is that it seems to me that everyone is only blaming them, when there is a whole England set up there which is meant to be ensuring the bubble is not broken. There should be a whole lot of people in trouble right now, as it would only have taken one such incident to infect the whole camp. You can't tell me that hotel would have been that busy right now that this couldn't have been dealt with by any half-decent set up!}

08 Sep 2020 12:28:17
If the gimp (love it edd so apt 🤣)
had 15 assistants like lamouchi they could have watched one player each 😎🎈.

{Ed001's Note - good point!}

08 Sep 2020 12:34:44
The Cummings Johnson factor has caused many people to think F--- it ,so much damage done by these so called leaders!
CARLO

{Ed001's Note - all they had to do was claim the women were optometrists as you are allowed to break all the rules you want in order to test your eye sight....}

08 Sep 2020 13:31:19
Instead they called dicktometrists. 🤣🤣.

08 Sep 2020 13:42:55
Rutland, you're off the scale fella.

I was as disappointed as most were when O'Neil got the shove, as I have been with all the managers who have been pushed out without getting a proper chance.

My comments to you where why do you keep bringing it up all the time, serves no purpose. Why make stuff up to the contrary? maybe take a break from posting if you're getting so worked up, seriously fella.

08 Sep 2020 13:51:52
Birch um i say birch um, but what have these two done that's any different to thousands of other young people have been doing by going to raves and the like, doubt they go there to socially distance dance, have a cup of tea and talk, don’t think they go straight home after either. These two should have had more sense and kept it in there trousers while on England duty, but it’s no worse than what the young generation are doing. They all know it’s not a good thing to do at this time but how do you stop people having a good time. It will go on until the world decides to stop this cull of it’s people . Be responsible think of others. That goes for the England set up as well.
