I'm seeing a lot of negativity on here recently especially in relation to the potential signing of the midfielder from malmo . So far the signings have been excellent so far so instead of criticism why not give the new signings the benefit of the doubt. Look at samba. Negativity achieves NOTHING. I agree the style of play is more defensive than offensive and would like to see Grabban and Taylor play up top together however I can't see that happening but Lyle Taylor is a great acquisition. Come reds fans get behind the team let's hope we can push on from last season and hope the new, players settle in bring something to the team that was lacking last season. COYR.

Yes mate agree have to trust we get it right a couple more signings we should be okay. But I understand the frustrations many many loyal fans love this club and the fact is there have been lots of promises only to not prevail with them. So it just hurts when that happens, we at least finished in a better position last season although chucked it away towards the end. Too many players though, need to trim quickly and have more belief which is something that seems hard for us to do at times.

I don't get the panic re signings. It doesn't prove intent or the football style that we haven't signed an attacking/ creative midfielder. there's 4-5 weeks of the transfer window still to go.
Im sure we will get an improvement in that department just need patience.

No player is a great signing, not until they done the business on the field for us, every player needs a run of consecutive games to settle in. Hopefully Taylor and Blackett will get that chance as signing players that have done alright at other clubs is no guarantee when coming to the reds. Let’s hope the club can unearth a couple of exciting attack minded players, they don’t need be phoning the supposed super agent all the time, there’s players who will do a good job much closer to home if you prepared to look.

Hard for us fans to find belief when the management only bring in freebies and 30 year olds who have played there football at Grenok Morton . Taylor good freebie other to no better than what we have. wonder what the other players actually think when we bring this class of player in what goes through their mind, does it make the likes of cashy lolly and joe won’t to stay and perform at there best with this class of player coming in to play alongside them. Think if I were them I’d be thinking it time to move on no ambition being shown hear. Just one decent attacking midfielder would please us fans and give us a little belief in the. managment again and probably put positive thoughts in the player’s minds.

patience needed re attacking midfielder
I seem to remember Clough got a couple of free transfers and bought 30+ year olds and won the League with us.
The lad we are trying to sign plays for Malmo who cares who he played for when he was younger, ridiculous to hold that against him.
Birtles played for Long Eaton before he came to us and he did ok.

Maemo are the most successful Swedish club.Whether they are top drawer is irrelevant when considering Bachouri as average teams often have two or three decent players. I prefer to give him a chance.

Yer I’ll give him a chance red , the same chance as all the others that we have brought in to pull on the Forest shirt . Diaz, Goncalves , Semedo and the rest, even cavs all from so called larger clubs than malmo and supposedly worth a lot money than this lad, but He’ll get his chance from me, and i hope it works out for him , but as with all the other’s i very much doubt it .

Thats all you can do as a supporter, Dreamteam. Some complaining that we have just signed free bees but there are some good ones out there worth a punt. Messi going on a free . lol.

Trent if he came to forest we would only change him to a defender then put him on the bench until he lost his value, then he’d sit there until his 5 year contract ran out, then We’d give him away, you know the usual forest thing.
