Forest are really rubbish with regard to keeping their supporters updated. To my knowledge Watson and Smith are out of contract, and we have had no information as to whether they have been offered new contracts. Personally I would let both of them go. There maybe other players whose contracts have expired especially in the under 23's, and players who have been told to find other clubs. It therefore makes sense for Forest publish the first team squad list.

Just overheard a conversation at the CG between a Frenchman and a Greek and they were definitely whispering about new deals-I couldn’t quite make the full conversation out but i did hear them say ‘keep it secret and whatever you do don’t tell burncross what’s going on’.

Sow great player when fit, I'll take him playing 30 games this season, I think we only lost 3 matches when he played last season, so a super asset for us.

Sow is a quality player and we are a poorer team without him in it. He breaks up play well for us and loves to get stuck in.
