So Lamouchi is staying
Not his biggest fan.
I'm all for stability and I don't like to see anybody sacked.
But I do think the powers that be have made a big mistake.
Come xmas he will be gone and so we will be starting all over again.
Theres no way Lamouchi will change his style it's not him. he's been brought up on boring Italian crap.
The only good thing will be at the start of the season there will be no fans in the City Ground to witness the dross.

Time to move on now obvious remit again for Lamouchi top 6 maybe even top 2 so needs to be backed properly. Time for the club to get cracking and make the right choices, we wait with baited breath again.

SL was / is a broken man which is plain for all to see, how can he bring the team round to think positively again. If the likes of Cash and Worrall leave you know it’s a sinking ship that has no destination except downward. On this site was a list of 14 players that have been brought in who have done nothing except rob our bank! Does anyone naively think it will be different next season? I am sorry but the 28 ‘royalty ‘ from Monaco coming on work experience is just a further example of what is to come. The club is run in a veil of secrecy and non disclosure clauses must have been put in to Karanka, MoN and Roy’s departures so we will never know what really went on. As season ticket holders who contribute over 5 M we need to have a voice.

If only he had a plan for home games the away form is superb, which hasn't been for many years I'll stick with Lamouchi he just needs better quality players with more pace.
I'm guessing the dof asked him in January what he needed the most and he said pace.
Dof forgot to look at diakarhby running with a ball🤪🤪.

Just give the guy better players counter attacking sides can be very good to watch with the right players.

He had attacking players but still persisted with playing defensive, negative football, we average 1 shot a game so how are we going to win games, we had Walker, da Costa, Mighten so could of played 4/ 4/ 2 or 3/ 5/ 2 carvs or Johnson could of played attack mid, his subs always baffled and that’s probably why we conceded a lot in injury time.

If SL remains then it'll just be a replay of this year with a couple of extra players on the wage bill. He's failed and the team has failed. I saw no fire coming from him to bolster the players' spirits any time, so they must feel like failures too. A new manager from the Home Leagues choosing his players and motivating everyone around him is the best way forward. We are in for another limp season with poor tactics and inadequate players. If we are not in the top Six at Xmas SL will be gone, and so the Forest Merry go Round will continue. I'm even more fed up now than last week. Not sure I'll bother going to Home games at all.

Dont get me wronfg i know where your coming from, but walker has been shipped out by every manager since warbo, cavs isn't liked either, mighten i have time for, but is young and raw and johnson got a chance twice this season and did nothing.
So that's all we have to make us an attacking force?

Yes your probably right about a replay but first you need the right tools to do the job.
He certainly has some right tools in this squad built by the dof with one striker and no attacking midfielder other than cavs .

I get the Lamouchi is negative but i will say this, he's had a big fallout with a lot of the squad after the derby game and the one thing he had all season was team spirit.
He shattered that with his outburst and quite afew won't play for us again rest assured.
Bad timing but had he not been given a new contract would that have happened?
I'd rather stick with him but if i was him or anyone else coaching us i would walk if we don't sign at least one striker and two attacking midfielder s.

Da Costa is a forward and he was played right wing every game he played, did walker and Grabban ever play together as a 2? Carvs even tho I personally think he’s a waste of money he’s still attacking an I’d say far better at going forward than Yates, not once did Lamouchi think about going for an attack minded team.

What a bunch of defeatists some of you on here are.
But this same boring twaddle being churned out about manager will be gone by Xmas, manager being one dimensional, should have played all the youngsters, boring team boring football.
Swansea admired for their flair scored 4 goals more, Fulham scored 6 more, Preston scored 1 more. SO ARE WE THAT BAD?
We haven't got enough flair in midfield or up front so had to be pragmatic in our approach. Manager has shored up defence which has been a problem for many a season. Now he has more time i'm sure he will sort the attacking issues.
As for attendances dropping or support for the team dwindling, I don't think so lads, we ain't all negative . We have improved our league position 3 seasons on trot I for feel we are slowly moving in the right direction. Last 5 games were a shock but I feel we will be stronger for the experience.
