If SL is here for next season he needs to abandon his principle of having 7 defensive players one creative player 2 wingers and 1 forward.
It makes for negative boring football. We don't need this mind of set up imo.

Whether you like the system or not it relies heavily on the 4 attacking players to create and score the goals. Grabban got the 20. Lolley and Ameobi should be looking at 10 -15 goals apiece. Lolley just made it and Sammy only scored 5 all season which isn’t enough. Silva although a tidy little player scored 4 with 4 assists. Nowhere near enough from that position in the team.

Totally agree perks and to me Silvas deadballs are very poor and he is the main deadball taker.
4 goals from all those free kicks and four assists from just the corners if a very poor return, but it was either him or carvalho or johnson.
Carvalho was cast aside and johnson is not ready or good enough.
Add that to having one striker with no back up'then the twam picks itself other than the odd change defensively with sow being a waste of space as he's just another jack hobbs, good when fit but that's not often enough.

Silva all day long over that waste of space carvalo hopefully we can get some money back off him to invest in someone who doesn't get knocked off the ball by a 5 year old.

Silva complete dogs***. To small for a footballer, dreadful set pieces, nowhere near enough goals . We need a whole new team as far as I’m concerned . sell cash and Worrall and build a decent team .
