Brentford are 11 points ahead of us, 11 points! Brentford famous for static rousing nylons. that's our yardstick for this season. We are limping into the playoffs thanks to a turgid style of play. No cohesive midfield and only one sort of striker. Its been a poor quality championship this season hence we have probably managed to scrape 6th. Yeah we did the double over brentford big deal they have 81 points. Crowds of 10k but entertained and exciting matches. I would settle for being Brentford. We have been the almost team this season, if we win the play offs i would say we fluked it.

More often than not the team that limps into the playoffs gains promotion.
Ive seen many sides go into the playoffs in great form only to miss put at the final hurdle.
It becomes about mental strength and physicality.
Its a cup competition esentially where favourites often get beat.

Brentford have played some great football for the last few years, always look really quick and strong and pass the ball well, think it was a Mr Warburton who got them playing that way.
Surprised to see them doing quite so well as previously they struggled to score but never looked forward to playing them.
