The way you have to look at things is simple.
Life won't be normal for a few months .
No pub no football no work for a lot of us.
But it won't last 5 years like the second world war and we have TV the internet and phones.
So let's get on with it.

Agree1 Disagree0

No point in feeling sorry for things not being normal rogie.
Good time to lose a few pounds and will go walking in the countryside where I live would go on my bike but locked them away with most of our possessions in a storage unit then piled it high with the missus junk you accumulated over the years as we are ready to move to our new and last home.
2020 is definitely a year none of us will forget lost a lot of family last 18months and you make new plans?
But it is what it is and has to be accepted
Put the bikes in first along with my fishing tackle.
Be the first things coming out soon.

Great stuff, though sorry to hear of your losses mate, was working in my bakery dept, and I asked my manager let me "borrow" one of them Blue Tooth speakers off our shelves.

The atmosphere was pretty grim amongst customers and staff to say the least, so I found a list of "Happy Songs", so before you knew it, I had Three Little Birds by Bob Marley, Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong, Lovely Day by Bill Withers, I Can See Clearly by Jimmy Cliff, and so on, you could actually see people slowing down, taking time and thinking about what and how much they needed. I think it helped to take the heat out of things.

A guy came up to me and said "Mate, I was dreading coming in here this morning, then I heard the music you were playing, and now I feel a lot better than when I came in! "

So I said "I'm glad it had the desired effect mate"
So I came out of the my department and we "Elbow Bumped! "
So that's the norm untill this unwelcome guest leaves our lives. and as Skeggsy would say "does on"!
God bless you all.
