Football season over.
Glastonbury cancelled and that's June?
Good summer then as it always rains when that's onðŸ˜
But if that's not on football won't restart full stop.

Stop being such a drama Queen:), football season is not over, just suspended.
Isle of Wight festival is at the start of June and that is still going ahead, fingers crossed it stays that way as we go every year.
It does feel a tad like life is over now that they have shut the pubs mind.

I think they should now just null and void and hope they do. In times like these I’m afraid you have to see football for what it is - just a game . I’ll be quite happy to see the FA and sky put in their place by the Government, far too big for their boots and diseased with self interest. I’ve got a great idea, whilst it’s cancelled how about the footballers with nowt to do go and help out in the NHS and other struggling front line services - no I thought not!

I can not remember the names but two footballers are doing the right thing for the NHS, one has given NHS staff use of two hotels of his, and the other fifty properties, they are not all bad.

Found one of the footballers, Wildfed Zarha is the one giving free us of fifty properties to NHS staff.

We need the whole world to pull together on this one edd and it's good to see every government agreeing for once.
Think it must be a first.
Watched the interview from an Italian hospital and some people need to watch that to see doing nothing would have horrible consequences.

Great reply 2star. Thoughts from me on how to wrap up this season. End it now. The prem top positions now just give them the prizes and european status. As for promotion and relegation, team bottom of prem now relegate and the team top of champ go up.
The 2nd and 3rd bottom of prem play 2nd top and 3rd top of champ in a one off game at the earliest opportunity but hopefully before end of june to allow clubs to prepare for which league they are in next season. Might work and give a little bit of fairness to difficult situation. This way at least 2 of the teams battling relegation and fighting for promotion get an opportunity to influence the outcome. I know we would miss out but tough titties we just kept blowing it.

Prefer cancelling the season and starting new one with the points already gained, let groundsmen get on with laying new pitches.
