Let's think about the players that have been brought into the club recently since SL. So the recent 3, Bong, Diakharby, Costa! The supporters have concluded on the first two and maybe the jury is out on the third ( I am not holding my breath though ) . In the summer, Silva, Sow, Samba, Chimero a big tick . However Mir, Semedo, Jenkinson, negative again! Bostock again the jury is out . So out of 10 players brought in and drawing wages ( C was sold ) 3 are contributing positively to the Reds 6 most of us would not pick and one ( Bostock ) maybe a part success . I may have missed a player or two BUT my point is that 6 are drawing wages ( Say average 15 thousand a week ) approx 1 million a year wasted . The scouting team surely need to be carpeted in front of Marinakis and have to give an explanation .

Just a thought, whilst I have nothing against Andy Reid why pay another wage when you already have Chris Cohen and Gary Brazil doing a great job anyway didn’t make sense.

Redlipstick; considering how many recent players we have brought into the U23 side, if we want them to move into the 1st Team they are going to need some hard work done on them, especially if we cannot afford to bring new players into that 1st Team. Hence the need for professional coaches.

So Bong has played half a game and Costa 10 min and you say most fans have decided their crap. Really?
It's a squad game and Jenkinson is a steady defender that can step in if required. Diakharby needs time. From what I've seen of him he is trying too hard and needs to settle down. Not played that well as yet but who knows with time.

Got to dis agree mate diakarhby is 22 carat crap ask fans wherever he's been? We can't all be wrong.
Bong was shocking and very much doubt we will see him again.
Costa? Just hoping he has something, not seen enough to comment on him.

Not really stevie just think we would have been better off signing none of them, rather see mighten and Walker and Johnson get a chance.
Mighten at 17 is already a better player than diakarhby ever will be.
