Disappointing today, but being honest, it was a fair result. It was frustrating watching, and I was ( and those around me) were again surprised at being at home and not being set up to attack ( although probably not surprised if truth be told) but my, I grew up watching Cloughies teams from the early eighties ( I just missed out on the miracle men) and if Forest were at home, you expected to win, no matter who they were playing . I guess I was spoilt. I adore Forest, and will always be there through thick and thin, but I would love to see us be like we used to be, and attack teams from the off, but I guess football has changed now.
But anyway, as I said, a disappointing day, but I'll be there on Tuesday, full of hope again! COYR.

When you watched cloughie teams did you remember the parking the bus against liverpool by times and winning the European cup for the second time against Hamburg with one shot on target great as it was?
It wasnt all attack my friend it was a lot of counter attack too.

Sometimes you just remember the good games.
Lamouchi has had us playing some good game, today we just ran out of ideas and our final ball wasnt good enough.
Cloughie was and always will be a legend but you can't make comparistments with him and Lamouch, different football in those days.

Bit of a difference parking the bus against a Liverpool team who might have been the best team in the world at the time, to playing 2defensive mids in the last half hour at home to bottom half of the 2nd tier qpr, when you’re desperate for a goal,

To a man stevie we don't understand that sub today, but my reference was that we didn't always play attractive football under sir brian.

Maybe my post came across wrong. I know it was never always attractive football but we used to counter attack and get forward lot quicker than we do now, which made it more exciting! I also remember many games when, especially at home, we Would have wave after wave of attacks and you Could almost ‘smell’ a goal coming, but I stand by my point that it didn’t matter who we were playing at home, we’d expect to win!
