I understand the frustration but we can’t write of the incoming players from Tuesday after one game. Sabri definitely messed up by making so many changes but let’s be honest we don’t really know why, I honestly don’t think it’s down to his arrogance or maybe I’m just hoping it’s not. There are still a lot of points to play for and it is so tight anything can happen. Every team will drop points and let’s remember one game doesn’t define a season or a player come to that. We still have everything to play for and there are still a lot of twists and turns to come. Football is both exciting and frustrating that’s why we are addicted. The team/ group can still do this and I am still 100% behind them.

Keep the Faith.

One games a bit harsh, but you had to dig deep to spot any of the fundamentals required in Lamouchis approach from the likes of Bong, Diakahby, Walker and co. I reckon Sabris been tucked up in the January window and only sustained fitness from key players can get us up.

Next too games are massive, let the last game dwell and we're outside the play offs and doom will set in.

Berserker. Wise words on most occasions. But this is far from the first time and the magnitude of the occasion dictated a serious attempt at 3 points. Give the loyal fans a warm feeling on a cold night. Their was a hint of petulance regarding THAT night and more than a disregard for the fans. i sometimes think the aloofness from certain people towards the fans is disgusting. If he cared for what he did he should openly apologise and offer a sweetener to those that braved the circumstances and whether to be there to support their team.

Ultimately, I think Sabri had one eye on the West Brom game, and also knows the reserves are not good enough. He therefore opted to rest players in readiness for West Brom. I agree, the transfer business wasn't good enough, and we are not left in a stronger position as a result. There is an argument to say we would have been better off beating Charlton, then aiming to just not lose to West Brom.

I honestly don’t believe the manager has any petulant thoughts towards the fans. I’m pretty sure he had the fans and players at heart with his team selection. He must have thought the team strong enough to beat Charlton but slightly underestimated the opposition. We were narrowly beaten and on another occasion Tyler could have had two and let’s be fair here they were both difficult chances in which he did very well to even be in the position to get anywhere near the ball, Grabbon missed an easier chance against Leeds. Tyler and the rest will come good and we need to remember it’s a marathon not a sprint and our position only matters at the end of the season.

Keep the Faith.

Berserker we have lost at least 8 games. The team thrives on endeavor as the quality is just not there. The aquistions really look the wrong sort of players to enhance this squad. The petulance i refer to is direfted at the board not the fans. That eas just disrespect.

13 Feb 2020 15:43:00
Don't get the petulance from the board thing. Ultimately we're far better run, we've got a new stand imminent, a top quality manager and players who've raised us to 3rd position.

Missed a trick in Jan, but the club clearly doesn't want previous mistakes replicating when it comes to recruiting big and lumbering ourselves. i'd have preferred we pushed the bopat out on the likes of Grosicki, but it ain't my money.

Hopefully Lamouchi doesn't pay the prices for the apparent shortage of quality in January.

I never thought all season we were an automatic promotion contenders, The team is slowly getting better, but it is difficult for players to come in who not played much football will need the whole squad available for run in.
7 wins playoffs
9 wins poss auto
11 wins promotion
We have not been this close in years get behind the lads and let’s get them 7 wins and go from there.

13 Feb 2020 19:33:09
Montyred I didn’t think we were automatic promotion contenders, but the fact is this league is so ordinary up to the other nights disastrous piece of management we were very definite contenders, the worrying thing to everyone is this bloke doesn’t seem to learn by his mistakes, as I have said before, that’s what the best people in any business do, put s a big question mark over him for me.

13 Feb 2020 20:35:45
So defeat against Charlton means we are no longer contenders for automatic. Absolute rubbish!

13 Feb 2020 21:02:24
Perks 10 I personally believe that defeat against charlton madd the wba game a must win to remain anywhere near contenders.

13 Feb 2020 22:18:10
So do I stevie, should just go out and take every game seriously one at a time, not think ahead.
Wrapped sow up in cotton wool and lost both the games he's rested him.
I'd like to know how many games we've lost when Yeats has started.
Lamouchi has the hallmarks of a very good coach but has let himself down tinkering against "inferior" teams.
He still has time to get it right and we are in a good position, but we should be in a great position and that's the difference.

13 Feb 2020 22:52:03
So you’d prefer to risk losing Sow for the rest of the season?

13 Feb 2020 23:36:40
Well should we play him on Saturday and then say well QPR is easy so we'll rest him again?

13 Feb 2020 23:59:05
So was he injured for the Brum game or rested.
