FF79, I have to say I’m in complete agreement. With you. Replace Silva with a proper number 10 and we have a good team.
I’d sooner keep carvalho . No footballer who is so poor at delivery should play so often .
Silva and Semedo can go, it’s probable Carvalho is going too, they can go home together at least.
Sow on the other hand is a great signing .

Totally agree as well 2star hand hopefully carvahlo on his way this week to release some money to bring in some decent players or player sow is a great player and will only get better.

I'm with you 2 star always thought silvas been poor for us never any end product and too deep to support grabban gives the ball away and, can't take a corner and can't score and semedo seems to have a bad attitude to me by thinking he's already made it in football.

That's the problem fred he isn't carvalho is, but he's playing on the wing to accommodate Silva, yet still has more goals and assists for just the odd appearance.
Players like Silva get away with it because they always look busy running about putting in the effort, but that's useless if you lack quality.

It does not make sense to play your most expensive out of position, that makes you think either it was a gamble that has failed very badly, or the head coach decided quickly he was going elsewhere. Is Silva the new Osborn?

Silva isn't fit to lace Osborns boots and can't play one position with looking the part never mind all over the park.
What a pity we haven't got Henry now 10 goals eye for a pass and dead ball assists and goals from free kicks, never been replaced.
Carvalho got injured preseason and has had to settle for playing alongside Silva instead of replacing him.
I see quite a bit of Portuguese football as my mate lives there and we visit, its played at walking pace till you get 30 yards out and then they look for a foul firstly.
They have all the time in the world with the ball at there feet and no pressure, they can't cope with the championship hustle and bustle.

Your right he can not play more than one position, but like Osborn he looks busy without shining that often.

I'd personally would have played lolley on the right and mighten on the left wing I'd also like to see grabban make some of his own chances, but for sure as anything we need a decent midfield play maker jed wallace might be worth a look, but we need to bring walker back he knows how to score we just need to give him a chance to do it at forest last thing is I hope we don't wait till the last minute to bring in any old player.

I agree silva isn’t good enough, what surprises me a little though is that some of the people on here who still think carvallho is, and needs more time to ‘adjust, ’ a season and a half on, have decided in half a season that silva is crap,

Watched the lad Mowatt against Derby the other week and was really impressed. I believe he is out of contract this year as well so could get a good deal there. Murray signing on loan to end of season would be perfect for me but i don’t see it happening.79 l think Mighten is better out wide taking players on. Johnson plays 10 for the 23’s and is consistently banging the goals in. Surely worth a shot.
