No news on Ribeiro, so I guess Chema is at left back again today. It will be a very tough game, and I'm hoping we can scrape a point. Like many I'm not feeling confident at all.

Stranger things have happened. I think SL will go for it today. No point in trying to sit back against a rampant Hull. Best go down fighting as we might just outscore them away from home. If we lose will Sabri get the luxury of the jan window.

Ribeiro was going to be out for 2 weeks after the derby game. Ridiculous communication from the club and hard to understand how a medical team can be so inept . Chema was useless at left back and provided zero attacking outlet. Once again now we look severely exposed in the full back positions and we are paying the price. I think Osborn would have Been a much better option. So many signings made yet unable to field a competitive 11.

Debatable Carlo but even though I don’t rate him if Ribeiro isn’t available Robinson should play.

I do agree Carlo but Robinson has been absolute crap lately as well.

Robinson has been a liability but he’s a better leftback than Osborn.

Robinson is a taller man than Osborn, that's about all; Osborn could play wing back, centre the ball, take corners and free kicks. Maybe he didn't have the height in his on penalty area, but he also put in some saving tackles and blocks, so in my view he was better all round than Robinson who seems to play better on the left in a back three. I for one never wanted to lose Osborn, and we are paying the price now. That said are we really saying there is no-one in the U23s who couldn't do a job at left back? - if so our academy players are only occasional fillers for us.

Paying the price? We are in a better position then we have ever been with Osborn. Chema is doing a good job at leftback.
