That was such a frustrating game! Really hope we have at least 2 strikers lined up to come in when the window opens, gap to the top 2 is opening up with every game that passes.

Wasnt the striker that let us down it was the poor or non existent delivery to him.
Lolley needs dropping adhoma as well, Jack Robinson isn't a left back and teams are playing on it.
Should have kept Yates and siva on and just taken lolley off.

Striker not the issue tonight. Final ball was awful. Adomah and Carvalho need to start more games at home as these 2 have the ability to unlock defences. Robinson nowhere near mobile enough to play left back although I appreciate Ribeiro is injured. Boro very poor side.

Very dissapointed in adomah perks to be honest, always rated him but he's had a few opportunities and think he started first choice under Lamouchi but hasn't impressed me at all but neither has loley this season.
Wingers are temperamental in general and seem to run hot and cold, I'm just hoping lolley can play his way back to form as on his day he can be a match winner but at the moment the team are carrying him as a passenger and no team can do that.
Some of our approach play is excellent ots just that final ball that's missing and decisions that those players are making.
Against Cardiff we were shooting from distance when players were in better position to pass to, tonight we should have shot at times but tried to be too clever.
We are a counter attacking side so teams are coming to the city ground and giving us possession, its vital we make that final pass or dead ball be a telling one.
A goal from the academy tonight, made by cash and superbly executed by Yeats, we need more of that in the final third because we have the goalscoring forward to finish he just needs the ammo to do his job.

Not rose tinted at all skeg. If you watched the game you would see yet again at home an inability to break a team down. Like him or not he has the killer pass in the locker that most of this squad don’t have.79 agree with you. i'd play Lolley in behind Grabban centrally like he played against QPR. To be fair to Adomah he needs a run of games. Giving him 5/ 10 mins here and there won’t help him. Wasn’t that long ago he top scored in a season for Villa.
