The club hasn't learned anything from the past. to get promotion you need to invest in a lethal partnership up top. Birtles and Woodcock, Colleymore and Roy, Van Hoydonk and Campbell. Admittedly like I said. salaries are a problem but imagine Grabban and Assombalonga! Not some numpty who scored 4 in thirty-odd games.

Didnt realise the transfer window closed today. And have we signed someone or is this just paper talk?
15 Jul 2019 17:46:18
Who said he signed?
15 Jul 2019 18:02:59
Then why are you moaning?
15 Jul 2019 18:40:15
I agree, we need a prolific striker for sure. But you need to spend money and lots of it for that, I'm not sure we have that money to spend.
15 Jul 2019 18:40:38
Forget assombalonga. He's chose his path and now look at him.
I don't see the hype of past players. They leave for a reason. Get over it. 😉.

But we don’t play with 2 strikers do we do it wouldn’t be a strike partnership.
15 Jul 2019 19:01:35
You are denying he's a quality striker who would score at least 15 goals?
15 Jul 2019 19:07:51
I didn't say that.
He chose to go for more money. His decision.
Why have a player who doesn't want to be where he is?
15 Jul 2019 19:11:53
15 goals Grabban, 15 goals Assombalonga = the promised land of milk and honey.
15 Jul 2019 19:18:23
Pulis did not like him for some reason, perhaps he expected more for the £15m that was laid out for the player.
15 Jul 2019 19:35:28
It won't happen. We will get a cheaper alternative than britt.
15 Jul 2019 19:45:39
If Pulis expected more then he should've started him more and played him up front instead of occasionally down the wings.
16 Jul 2019 09:45:25
Pulis has made a career out of ruining strikers by having 10 defenders and starving the man up top of possession in the box!
