The problem is at his age, he's not a rough diamond anymore that will improve over time. He's very much a known quantity, and I'm not aware of any period in his career where it's been suggested he would go on to achieve better things. He's just another average player to add to our collection of average players.

Red balloons he has scored a penalty. he also scored 15 goals up front on his own before O’Neil came in, the same O’Neil who was shocked that grabban could play up top on his own after 6+ games thinking murphy was better.
