You don’t shower in the toilets or have a wash so why the need for hot water?quick rinse of the hands and off you go.some precious folk around nowdays.not hot water no tourist info in the ground.
Try going and watching some grassroots getting your new trainers muddied up freezing ya nuts off.

No Ed he didn’t it’s just a matter of hygiene in this day and age all toilets should have hot water for hand washing
{Ed001's Note - never mind, humour bypass in operation clearly and there is no need of hot water for hygiene. You can clean your hands just as effectively in cold water as has been proven a number of times in studies. It is purely about comfort that the water needs to be warm.}
