I wouldn't want to see us sell Lolley and Carvalho but if we did raise £30 million then I'd like us to strengthen by bringing in Che Adams, Ben Woodbury (loan), Bradley Dack, Harry Wilson (loan) and Adrian in goal (loan). We need some quality but fear the worst with MON in charge.
Teams that make a serious challenge for promotion bring in quality loans, Villa with Mings and Abraham's for instance, we need to follow suit, quality loans Not quantity and we need to get rid of so many players. Why are we always being linked to players at the end of their careers, we need hungry players with a point to prove and not journey men.

Well if we’re serious about promotion we need to aim high and play attractive football, we need energy and pace, two quality players as replacements plus quality loans (or free for Adrian) would be nice. I know the loans and free player would be expensive but average buys are not going to cut it. I’ll keep dreaming anyway and try not to get too depressed when we have Murphy leading the line in MON’s version of exciting football!

Stimmy, we wouldn’t need a loan for Adrian, he’s been released by the hammers and is a free agent. Would love to see him between the sticks but i reckon he’d want too much dosh although that could be balanced out with no transfer fee.

If we are serious?mate you need to start living in the real world.if we got 30mill in then spent 40-50 we would lose 10 maybe more points by the end of the season so what would be the point?

Chances of getting points deducted if we won promotion would be slim, looks like Villa will get away with it, how much have they spent in the last 3 years?

Villa will only get away with it now they've been promoted,they still might have to face the music if they get relegated,or will come to an arrangement with EFL.
dangerous game to play by breaking ffp if you don't gain promotion and there's no guarantee of promotion.

Totally agree redtree.
It's been proved by Norwich and sheff utd and Cardiff and huddersfield before them.
I worry that for all their good intentions that the Greeks are in too much of a hurry
