I think he would do a good job if given the chance on his own.The way he came on board(not the same time as MON) there might be chance it could happen.

He came onboard late because His dad isn’t well and he already had plans.i wouldn’t want him in charge on his own.i also think O’Neil would benifit from not having him around as well
