What are people's opinions on Lewis Grabban should we let him go? I am only saying this as he has had opportunities in the premier League and has never been able to score goals. I am afraid I think he may just be a championship player. I believe he will leave after we get some better players in. I appreciate everything he has done for us but it's time to move on.

I think he's decent cover and a good option to bring in late on to nick a winner/ equaliser.

Yea get rid. No sentiment in football. We are in the prem now. Been our top earner, misses more penalties than he scores, selfish in the box and to old. Mitrovich was useless in the prem last time out and look at his championship tally. The guy will be a millionaire so retire gracefully or get off to Notts County. ?.

No problem Rutters it's just facts. Murphy and Cooper will know the standard required to stay up and i'm confident we won't go down the Yoyo Norwich route staying loyal to Pukki and what prem flop he turned out to be.
We've moved on from staying loyal to players who offered nothing but second rate football and eternal rehabilitation. Classic example Cohen, became a millionaire sat on a physio table . Then went to Luton to show his loyalty ?.

Pukki has hit double figures in both of his PL campaigns, not sure why you think that's a flop. And Cohen left to work with an ex-teammate (Nathan Jones) in a position (First Team Coach) he wasnt offered at Forest. Talk about hating for hate's sake lol.

Eleven is definitely double-figures, mate, there's no poetic lisence there at all.
Only 13 players scored more PL goals than Pukki in 21/ 22, most of those players being World Class stars or at the very least established PL players - Son, Salah, Ronaldo, Kane, Mane, Vardy, Jota, De Bruyne, Zaha, Sterling, Maddison, Bowen and Toney (the only PL debutant on the list) . He outscored Antonio and Richarlison.
10+ goals in the PL isn't to be sniffed at. Although I imagine you made your comment without actually realising all the facts. Easily done.

That's the step up in quality and we can't afford the likes of Sarah
We have to take risks and even if we find a gem he will want to move on to one of the big six.
That's where we are at in the Premier.

I get why Union were pissed with the low ball offer. But I think it's very hypocritical of them to be so annoyed they would have done exactly the same to any other club and have a low offer first to test the waters. I do agree with you that I too am starting to get worried with the lack of signings yes there are a lot of rumours but nothing has come off them. Look at the Henderson talk it's been going on for weeks. Unless we get some positive news and soon we are dead in the water.
