Is it MF players we need?
Up there now every player we,ve been linked with with has not come to fruition

Although Laurent of Reading is solid defensively in midfield once he gets the ball he runs with the ball at his feet and gets into right areas to surply the forward players, without midfielders joining up the play there can not be good service to our forwards which we lacked so badly last season.

Buchanan, Laurent, it’s almost like we’re chasing players we know we got no chance of getting, try and hold onto Johnson, and worrall, and use the the academy, we waited 20 plus years, a couple more won’t make much difference, think anyone sensible knows, we have to sell to buy, so let’s use the kids,

That’s what happens when you go for good players they’re hard to get. Remember how easy Arter and Freeman etc were to get, that’s because they are 💩.

A Watford player we wanted on loan wants to to stay at Watford to fight for his place, that has a similar ring to it, Colback comes to mind, he wasted 2 years of his career hanging on to the faint hope Newcastle would play him in the PL.

I think we will still get Buchanan but it won’t be until next year.
