Is it me or is all this speculation regarding players like Gayle etc getting boring., injured and Newcastle trying to pull the strings, 60.000 a week wages and 20 million to buy in the summer, shite the bed he is good but no way. Either get Tyler back or bring in a hidden gem that will light up this league or give our younguns a crack at the whip they've got nothing to lose and may just surprise people. We should have kept Soudani, Always looked a beast and got about causing opposition defenders headaches and shown again at our sister club he knows where the back of the net is - haven’t heard boo about him but his figures have been similar to all career nearly 1 in 2 and chips in assists.
Without someone else scoring in double figures I fear it will be pure luck to end the season on a high and might even be a low.
