To answer your question:
Firstly, what I or you want, it doesn't matter.
My personal preference would be for Marinakis to address the loyal fans of Nottingham Forest, acknowledging his mistakes and holding himself accountable for the team's poor performance this season.
Regarding giving coaches excessive credit, while money certainly plays a significant role, I'm not convinced that the Marco Silva's of the world would accept a position here, even if we were to remain in the Premier League.


Some may perceive this as me "getting on my high horse" and calling out Mr. Marinakis. However, his behavior has been outlandish.
As fans, we can continue supporting our club, regardless of personal opinions. We demonstrate our feelings, both positive and negative, during good, bad, and ugly times.

Mr M needs to apologise to Dyche when he gives him his pay off cheque for sacking him after speaking to players players are over paid and mardy they cannot be trusted to give an impartial view it will be a selfish view "he didn't play me he didn't like me Boo Hoo". Has a owner he has made some bad decisions and needs to say sorry to the Fans. The players are employed by the club and should go out every game and give 100% for that they get well paid the coach should prepare the employees to do that for that he is also well paid, the owner brings in the coach who he thinks will do that.

It seems our owner does not think the Coach should have a say in recruitment because the coach is just an employee and the coach doesn't have any sell on worth to the club so the players are more important than him. WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO BE COACH OF FOREST EXCEPT FOR THE PAYOFF THEY WILL BE THE ONLY ONE'S INTERESTED. Good luck being a Forest Fan ? ? ? ?.

Total agree jester the players get paid a lot of money to do a job just like you and i if we perform like they have we would get the sack and they get more money a week than i would earn in two years.

Managers will take the position, they will believe that Mr M will back them, they will believe they can get the best out of the players, If they are successful they will be snapped up by a bigger team, if they are unsuccessful, they will told it was a no win situation by the sports media and walk away with a suitcase full of cash!
