Football insider think we have offered in between £2m-3m for Laurent of Reading.
They also think Reading are asking £8m even though he is in the last year of his contract.
If they are right they will lose him for free at the end of the season if they do not get in the top six.
Who would be willing to pay £8m for a player in that position with his contract.
