Get rid of houghton. My pick would be Neil Critchley, he’s doing very well with Blackpool at the moment and has brought on a couple of youngsters including our very own Jordan Gabriel.
He worked as under 23 manager at Liverpool, so will have learnt a lot from Jurgen Klopp. Looks to play good football!
He’d be my pick.

How hypocritical we fans can be. If we were after a young rising star from a lower club that would be fine BUT if a premier club is willing to offer our price (and rightly you can question the value) then we are up in arms. I don’t want Johnson to leave us but accept the commercial reality plus taking into account what Brennan wants. If you were offered a job probably 5 or 10 times your current one wouldn’t you be interested?!
I would rather lose Worrall due to his age and I suspect his desire for progress and see Johnson with us at least for one season - or more if we get promoted next year! But let’s get real.

You make it sound so simple RedLincs.
As fans we want the club to make the team as strong as possible, by bringing in a rising star from a lower club and we fans thought he would strengthen the team off course we would have no problem with that.
You could argue that Johnson for his loan club Lincoln, all be it they are down a league from ourselves but both teams are opposite ends of their league it does not put much between us, Johnson has been far better than any of our players.
If Johnson wanted to go to a PL club for the money i would have no problem with that but i would think that would be the end of his development if he does not get to play for them in the PL.
As for the commercial side of it, get rid of Arter's, Bong's, Blackett 's, Colback's, Christie's, Dawson's, Freeman's, Jenkinson' s, Knockeart's, and Krovinovic's, wages off the books then there would be no need to sell Johnson, Worrall, or Mighten if they wanted to stay.

Brennans done well at Lincoln we've had other young players that have done well at Lincoln and come back to forest and never really given a fare crack at the whip my concern is same that happened with walker he'll come into a struggling forest team and will end up being moved on.

With the way the vast majority of our players have done this term as a minimum Johnson can do no worse.
My main concern is the manager we have now does not have a clue how to get the best out of Johnson.
