It is being said that Arter has failed to get a move away because of financial problems, so either he is refusing to leave or his wages are too much.

Same old problem. Was with Clough, still with Hefele and now with Arter. Nobody else will pay them what we do, for not playing. Stuck with players we don't want unless we give them a golden goodbye. Presumably stops us getting players we do want.

If the fee of 4 million was true and he's on 30k a week?
He ain't going anywhere.
Mind you fulham paid silly millions and 35k a week for knockheart only to discard him straight away.
