our best attacking unit was the diamond of grabban, lolley, cash and carvalho. that's when we looked the most dangerous and scored a few goals. i know MON wasn't here then and he`s had to deal with injuries but someone needs show him the match videos. for me if there fit they should start.

Think you’ll find he’s got a law degree, and anyone would think carvallho had been ripping the division to shreds in the 20 + consecutive games he played at the start of the season, some on here need to show o’neill some respect, I don’t know whether he’ll be able to sort this mess collected over the last 20 years out, but give him a chance,I certainly will,Some still pining for mr sulk who walked, seem to remember some dire watches under him not forgetting the pathetic piece of mismanagement at Norwich,

Am I meant to be impressed by a law degree? I have one myself!! I’d be more impressed if he didn’t play dinosaur football and leave our best players out. Karanka is old news. Weve moved on to MON and giving him money will be a disaster. He will replace our technical players with workhorse limited players. Said this before but it will end in tears. Last 3 games have been some of the worst football I’ve ever seen.

Redtree don’t really give a toss if your impressed or not , your the one who questioned o’neills Intelligence, he ain’t been here 5 mins , his management pedigree is as good As most around I just think he deserves a bit more respect for his part in our clubs history,than to be talked about the way your talking,if he fails he fails won’t be the 1st and doubt he’ll be the last ,

With due respect stevie I respect him as a former player but as a manager he's unfortunately questionable?
Yes he has inherited players but he chooses the squad and tactics just as Krankie did.
The position of being a manager at forest is a poison chalice.
Are O'Neil tactics and thought process outdated. Who knows?
Was he appointed to appease the fans who was it a case of give him until the season is over and see what he can achieve?

Fawaz mate it appears that Martin has been given 18 months to do what no one has been able to do in 20 years he’s a couple of months in and people are calling for his head , and some are even calling for warnock who’s tactics are so outdated like martins supposedly are according to our forum experts that he keeps getting teams promoted,I think someone on here questioning martins intelligence is pathetic,

As forest fans we are extremely fickle and very judgmental.
