It does not take much but i'm confused 😕.
RIE replied to a post of mine about Colback, in his reply he said Colback's contract with Newcastle ends in the summer.
Yet a report has said that when we re-loaned Colback the deal includes a option of us being able to buy him after the loan period.
How can that be possible, if his contract runs out once the loan period is finished why would there be a option to buy the player.?

His contract is up in the summer,so no fee,just be down to terms and what else colback gets offered

Just a thought but perhaps an extra clause was inserted giving us first option to buy as long as we paid Newcastle a small fee.
All sorts of unusual contracts are drawn up these days.

All I know LC is his contract is up in June,maybe it was reported wrong?

I have just read his contract at the toon expires in summer 2020!
