Wasting his time looking at his "deal" as he is out of contract in the summer ! The only terms are what we are prepared to pay compared to any other offers he gets in the summer.
Making him Captain at Preston is showing the love required and a statement for next year to get him to commit!

Wages likely to be a big stumbling block , although he's a good championship player he's on premiership wages , I think he will after lower his expectations for any club to sign him , i can't see any premiership clubs wanting him and I wouldn't like us to pay more than 20k.

He has been our most consistent performer since his arrival. I just hope he'll want to stay should we not get promoted. Future captain for me!
