Like everyone who has called for VAR to be introduced, i want to see the correct decisions being made.
But can you imagine sitting in your seat waiting for the technology to load up and the referee making/altering his decision.
It's not like at home when we can see endless replays to occupy the time.

I would think once a team has challenged a decision the ref will talk in his microphone and while other team are crowding around the ref the will have had time to load it up.

Exactly LC. Not going to be a pretty sight is it.

More it’s used the faster it will be. Once it was used a couple of times in the World Cup it started to work well.

VAR will ruin football. Life is full of mistakes and dodgy refs lol. We have been unlucky, very unlucky this season and this last week its been dreadful. However technology is not the answer. Football is wgat it is and refs mistakes are all part and parcel. I have seen var interpretation being too difficult to call and we will see it extended into other areas which thresten the integrity of the game. Refs get an awful lot right but when ghey make a mistake it can be costly. I think the punishment to the player should reflect the severity of the mistake ie points. As for the goal at preston the lino should have have helped on thst one. but var??? Sport killer!!!!!

Too right Rutland the refs assistants should have seen that

Even with the benefit of VAR the expert that is Dean Ashton would have chalked off Lolleys goal because of a foul by Yates.Divvy!

There is sooo much money in football now the stakes are too high to write off the referees mistakes.
