Very poignant post. I feel we jave struggled to find a balance from last season to this. Fulham and Bournemouth have had the luxury of building from level 4 or 5 after amassing a descent core and ideology. We have had such a whirlwind comeuppance that I think even our manager doesn't quite know how to handle it. I don't think changes are required as far as management goes. Everything is foreign at the minute and we are struggling for an identity.
We arguably have a better squad than 5 or 6 teams and just need time to find some cohesion and understanding of one another. We are massively put of our depth but don't think we have put in horrendous performances.
Irrelevant of who would come in and manage us or sign, I feel this new squad needs to love and respect each other to ultimately achieve the goal of survival. Not impossible but definitely a battle. One which I think we are up for if we sort out our back 5.

Another good post Sydred. Can’t argue with any of that. Cooper just needs time, a precious commodity in the Premiership especially with our owner.

I see Notts cricket are struggling, they won the toss and put Worcs., In . Well that proved to be one poor decision, we are being slaughtered by their bowling attack. Could Notts fail in there bid for promotion . Surely they read the weather reports and what conditions influence the wicket, absolutely the wrong decision.

I think the pitch has turned dodgy after one day. It’s always under water at New Road Worcester. 19 wickets in one day! Something wrong somewhere.
Anyway doesn’t matter Notts are going up next game either as champions or runners up!
