We were the better side despite the result - well on top for long periods. Canceeded too early (another soft goal) . Also need to work on hitting the target: shooting, heading, keeping the ball down. Lots of wasted corners also. Dennis put himself about when he came on and tried hard. Nothing to fear from Tottenham or the like.

If Linguard gets on the same wave length as MGW they will be lethal . We sadly have no one dependable up front as Johnson was considered first choice today. We could never afford a ‘ Kane’ but maybe a Grabban.
Awonyi is struggling sadly and I feel is not the answer .
And 4 at the back had us struggling incidentally. Will we get better? I hope we will but it may be that a lack of scoring goals will come to haunt us.
