Have we given up on Hendo?
According to Fabrizio Romano we've made an official bid for Matt Turner.

If Hendo won't be fit, is it such a bad thing to sign him once he's proven his fitness? Good keeper but if Man Utd. won't let us have certainty on his fitness before we shell out ££gzillions then maybe they know it’s a risk?

Can we a fford to take the gamble?
Obviously navas would be the safe choice imo, but obviously that was some expensive loan and as a permanent signature would command huge wage plus signing fee
Unfortunately we aren't privvy to all the fine details of transfers and their complexities
We want Henderson and he wants to come, but it's not that simple
Kasper a good sensible option at the right price I'd say?

I think Schmeichel is the 17th goalkeeper Forest have made an approach for. Keep guessing and they will get it right eventually.

Obviously when you are surveying the market you would speak to loads of agents and clubs to see who is available, how much, and would they be keen to play for us. Be pretty stupid not to. If you don't want to get ripped off for overinflated money, you need to find well priced options.

Agent mischief: I don't believe they are actively trying to sign them all. Agents use the idea that clubs are interested in a player to up the offer when negotiating and generate interest. To do that, they release stuff to the press.
